Why we built this

Manufacturers asked. The Chambers answered.

After years of leading employer collaboratives, manufacturers across our two regions told the Chambers the same thing: stop studying the problem and build the tool. This platform is that tool: a single regional front door that turns military talent into manufacturing hires, owned by the Chambers.

Two Chambers, one partnership

A third path that honors both.

Rather than two competing city tools, the Rancho Cordova and Roseville Area Chambers chose to build one shared regional platform, a third path that honors both identities and stands on its own. It positions the region, not any single city or employer, as the place where talent finds its bearing.

Talent Pipeline Management

TPM is the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation's employer-led model, where companies act as the "end customer" of talent and drive demand-driven hiring. Both Chambers have led manufacturing TPM collaboratives for years, and this platform turns that model into a working tool.
